Advanced Solutions Service LLC provides professional assembly and installation services for:

• Gazebos
• Storage Sheds
• Playsets
• Outdoor and Indoor Furniture
• Other assembly services as agreed upon

Service Areas: We currently provide services in California and New York.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Services must be scheduled in advance
• We will confirm your appointment via SMS/text, phone, or email
• A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled service
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of installation services
• We accept credit/debit cards (processed through Square) and cash
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the installation site and requirements
• Ensure the installation area is accessible and clear
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during installation
• Inspect the completed work and notify us immediately of any concerns

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or safety conditions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, product availability, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Solutions Service LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10. Intellectual Property
